A: Industrial pack sizes include: 1kg×10 bags, 5kg×2 buckets, 15kg/bucket, 20kg/bucket; we also offer small packs from 10g to 300g to meet different needs. For first‑time international customers, we support a flexible trial order policy with minimum 20kg per SKU to lower your market testing cost. One pallet per SKU/spec, and tiered pricing discounts are available for single orders ≥USD 10,000.

Q3: What is the shelf life and storage requirement for your stock sauces?

A: All products are produced with automatic aseptic filling technology. Unopened shelf life is 12 months (see date code on packaging). Standard storage: cool, dry, well‑ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and high temperature; optimal storage temperature 5°C–25°C. Once opened, keep sealed and refrigerated (0°C–4°C) and use within 30 days to ensure stable flavor and microbiological indicators.

Q5: What are the shipping lead times and transport methods for international stock orders?

A: We offer three international shipping options:

International express: for small orders <50kg, delivery in 3‑5 working days to major countries

Air freight: for urgent orders 50‑500kg, delivery to major airports in 5‑7 working days

Sea freight: for bulk orders >500kg, 7‑10 days to Southeast Asia, 25‑35 days to Europe/USA

A: We take full responsibility for the quality of all exported products. If you encounter problems such as damaged packaging, leakage, or spoilage, please contact us within 72 hours after customs clearance, providing product photos, unboxing video, bill of lading number, and order number.
